Milan, Italy was an once in a life time adventure. We were fascinated by the Duomo Cathedral in the center of Milan. The building itself is inspiring
And I loved the carvings on the outside of biblical stories. David wrestling the lion was our guess for the story being depictied here.
I didn't take pictures of all the statues in Milan. Some of the modern art on display I wouldn't mind missing but I did love this statue high on the pediment of a building in Milan.
Milan is famous for its shopping and we could not resist a photo outside this great shopping center.
