Merry Christmas 2011

The year 2011 has been eventful for the Hyatt family. Alan’s work assignments took our family around the world for 6 months of the year. We left for Singapore in April; and enjoyed the fun in the sun and the tropical South East Asia experience. This picture was taken at the Singapore Zoo.

While in Asia we went to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to visit friends. We were amazed by this enormous golden idol at the Batun cave, a holy site for the Hindi people.
After our stay in Singapore we traveled through Central Eurpoe. Some of the highlights of the trip were hiking in the Alps,  and the Neuschwanstien Castle.

We then traveled to Warsaw Poland, where Alan completed a second 3 month Leadership Session. In Warsaw we loved learning about the culture and history of Eastern Europe. Our Grammy, JoEllen Hyatt came for a visit.  This picture was taken at Washakie Park in front of a statue honoring Chopin.

Our last stop was a trip to Israel,  where Aaron was baptized in the Jordan River in the same area where Jesus Christ was baptized.

We are now back home in Northern Virgina.  We are happy to be home with many great memories to enjoy.  We hope you are blessed with the PEACE and JOY of CHRIST this CHRISTMAS Season.

With love,

The Hyatt Family
